Freedom. When I hear this word many thoughts pour into my head. I smile in pride knowing that my country has freedom. But then I begin to think of the cost of freedom. All of the lives lost to give people this freedom. The people who have died for our country who I don't even know the names of. Freedom is the power, or act to speak or think freely without restraint. Some of us don't know what it’s like to not have freedom. Others recall not having freedom and never want to go down that road again. There even are some people in this world who have never had the smallest taste of freedom. Some people just take freedom for granted. They don't even acknowledge how much our country fought to gain freedom. Some don't even realize how much freedom
