Depression, sadness, and stress, are stages we go through in life. These concepts are usually described as a negative concept, which have an impact in our mental or physical well-being. Many of us find ways to escape it and fight it and there is other people go through the pain. People experience various forms of stress at home, work, in social settings, and when engaged in activities to simply have fun, such as playing sports. It can be a problem if you don't try to resolve it. I’ve read it can lead to bigger issues than anyone can ever imagine. All it takes is to manage it and never let it overcome you. Many people have not found the way but you can or even help someone. Stress happens and mostly for a college student.

There are many types of way to deal with depression, sadness, and stress like the good ways is to seek for help or by managing It. Distracting our self-doing fun activities and things that will make us forget about it and not have to worry about it. The more you worry about the more you think of it and it makes you feel way worst then what you are already feeling. Some people take the not so good techniques and that is drug, but that is not the solution it just makes it worst to our body. We need to learn how to be strong and manage these kinds of problems in our life because they can become really bad issues. If you're a person who suffers from this, do things you enjoy don’t let these concepts ruin your life cause they can. Manage your stress; take deep breaths count to ten if it's necessary. I never thought stressing out had so many effects on a human body. Now that I know that stressing out a lot can bring me many effects I will manage it and help myself be a healthier
