Perseverance is the ability to go on when things seem hopeless. Perseverance is a thing in life that people have to go through. Everyone has there ups and downs. Some people struggle more with perseverance than other people. It mostly can depend on people's emotions or how they were raised. Some examples of perseverance is Elvis Presley- Before becoming a household name, Elvis was fired by Jimmy Denny, then manager of Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry after one show saying “You ain’t goin’ nowhere, son. You ought to go back to drivin’ a truck.” (business2community.com) Henry Ford- Ford innovated industrial production with the assembly line. However, before founding the extremely successful Ford Motor Company he was previously bankrupted and left penniless 5 times from failed ventures. I have mistakes in playing, everyone does, but I will not let that pull me down to give up playing. Playing the piano can be stressful at times when you are trying to learn a new song but can not exactly get the keys right. Also playing the piano can be relieving stress and get my or someone else's mind off things. To me playing is a passion and an art. I feel like I am in my own world when I play. I try and tune everyone out that I can. I will play for hours at a time, sometimes so long that I will get stopped. I will not not being the best at the piano, I will only continue to rise and get
