According to dictionary reference website, Loyalty is defined as “the faithfulness to a
Person, country, leader, group, or cause”. Actually, it is the sense of extreme support to something or someone at all times. Everyone can be loyal in a way or another without noticing that because it is a multipart concept. For example, the allegiance to parents by obeying them and the adherence with friends and relatives by keeping secrets are cases of loyalty. Furthermore, the great devotion to a country, cause, team or to a group at all times is considered an important kind of loyalty. Correspondingly, the fidelity of a customer or an employee to a business is one of the forms of loyalty especially when an employee works for extra unpaid hours to help
