Happiness is a word that is seen in a multitude of different ways by a multitude of different people. Everyone has their own idea of what happiness means to them, but it is a word that has no set definition. What happiness is to me I have never really thought about happiness at all unless I thought about it in small spurts throughout my life. I used to think that I needed something to make me happy or that I would be happy after I got back from an 8-month deployment, and I was but it was very short-lived. I slowly came to realize after reading and doing some of the assignments in class that to be happy you either have it or you don’t.
