Everybody has their own definition of happiness. In order to find true happiness, you need to find the one thing that helps you escape reality. For some people it could be a person, music, anything that helps you relax. Life is full of stress and everyone has a way to relive that stress. Happiness is not as easy to find, as you would think. Everyone struggles with the simple idea of being happy. People struggle with being happy because of all the problems involved in everyday life. Happiness seems like an easy task, but it can make or break people. Find that one thing in your life that makes you forget about stress and everything going on in your life. Many people rely on a person for happiness, but all you will every have is yourself. Relying on someone else for your happiness always comes back to haunt you. …show more content…
This generation thinks you need a person to make you happy and that’s where so many people are wrong. You should never put someone else’s happiness over your own. If you want someone to lean on and someone to rely on to make you happy, that is why you have your family. Your family will always be there for you when that one person you thought would be, isn’t anymore. High school and college should be about finding yourself and enjoying the time you have with your friends and being young. Don’t force anything, just be yourself and things will fall into place. If you do your own thing and put yourself first, your other half will come along eventually and everything will be in place. If you force things, you will lose who you are because you were trying so hard to be what someone else wanted you to be.
