Everyone has something or someone that helps them get motivated to go to work, school, or just to get some chores done that your mom told you to do. Motivation is defined as the desire to achieve a goal or a certain performance level, leading to goal-directed behavior. It’s not just the physical aspect of being motivated but also all the different psychological reasoning’s that get you motivated. Without motivation nothing in this world would get done. Never having a father figure in my life, my mom helps me strive and motivates me to do my very best each and every day. Self-motivation is one of the best ways for me to get motivated. There are many factors and abilities that effect how one is motivated. Motivations can be intrinsic or extrinsic.
