Although leadership is leading a team to success, supervision is a boss or an average day person taking charge of something and not helping achieve the work or goal. In the beginning of the first court the team was leading because our team work, after of couple of plays the team this stop communicating and passing the ball, so Mrs. G steps up and starts guiding us. Although it was Mrs. G and she knew nothing about basketball, but she called our plays to help us win the game. There were ten minutes left in the first half Mrs. G losing her voice from yelling out our plays, unfortunately we were behind at halftime 10-22 Mrs. G was upset with our teamwork, but she still didn’t gave up on
