A quality people tend to lack is confidence. They may be nervous or scared to be themselves. Society these days tends to make a person become someone they are not like. This is why people tend to have problems with confidence, because their self-esteem is lowered. Everyone has things they are not proud of and would like to change. But by changing themselves they wont be their true self. This essay will work to define confidence as someone who is proud of who they are and will not allow society to dictate actions they make about being confident. Being confident allows people to be happy, independent, and outgoing. The first example that comes to mind would be the confidence religious people have in their religion. They have a strong belief in God, his greater power and are confidence in his plan. Things do not always happen how people would like them to be, but by having that strong belief in God they can push forward and take life day by day. God works in mysterious ways and although we may not know why he does the things he does, they are a part of something good that will happen in the future.
Another example would be someone who is confident on what they want to do in life. There are many people who have their life planned out and know exactly how to get to the point to where they will feel successful. They are confident that the life that they have a desire for is the life they are going to live. It may take most people awhile to understand what they want to pursue the rest of their life but it something that everyone needs to have confidence in. This is the type of confidence that not too many people have, but its never to late to start a desire about what your passionate
