Walking down the hallway, I recalled the substitute teacher from Ms. Johnson’s Homeroom. I proceeded to enter the classroom, get my folder, and complete the the Do Now. I looked the clock and noticed that it was 12:15 and the entire class was getting ready for lunch. We were about to walk out the door when suddenly the intercom goes off Beep! This is an intruder drill. I quickly grabbed the red bag from the closet, handed it to the substitute. “We need to turn everything off, hide under and around the counter but to not sit on top of the counter.” I said quickly.
