Success is not possible without some failure to get us on the right direction. Success is what makes us who we are and shows the hardwork and dedication a person had to get there. Success is defined as the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. Success is never given to one, it must be earned by one's mindset and how far they are willing to go. Success is what more and more people lack because they don't know how to come back after failure.
Some people are able to have enough strength to pick themselves up and try again. Those who do are the ones that strive hard enough to get their shine at success. From my experience of the word success, it means winning the game against the opponent's team. In football it is all about working hard in practice and giving it your all. A team is not always going to beat the opposing team, but it's the games a team loses to that makes them want to win the next one to get a taste of success.

He stated “the word success in my eyes, is like the light at the end of the tunnel, the tunnel of hardships.” Every single person has their own sight of success, no two people have the same. Everything positive is success in my own eyes, it takes some small versions of success before you achieve something huge.

The word is nothing less than hard, most let people bring them down from achieving their goals and they never get to experience it because a couple people said that it was stupid or

Succeeding is defined by Merriam-Webster as “doing what you are trying to do” and “achieving the correct or desired result.” The achievement desired can vary greatly from person to person, especially with age. For instance, success for an adult might be paying off the car or getting a job, while for a young child it may be tying their shoe or making his or her own breakfast. Whatever the end goal is, success can only be reached by working towards the goal. Merriam-Webster defines failure as “falling short” and “lack of success.”…

Everyone goes through life trying to be successful; but what actually is success? It is very difficult to define success because it is subjective to the person experiencing it. For instance, to a little child, success could be getting a gold star on his test, for a college student, success could be not failing an exam. Many people, however, just think of success in terms of money. If they cannot buy the same things their neighbors can, they do not see themselves as successful compared to those neighbors.…

The textbook definition of success is “the accomplishment of an aim or purpose,”. From personal experience, however, success is anything that can make an individual feel content with the life the person lives, whether planned or not. Success is not required to be something that leaves a mark on the entire world; success can just be something that leaves a mark on you. As Jon Krakauer, author of Into The Wild, once wrote “The basic core of a man’s living spirit is his passion for adventure,” (77) I believe that everyone should follow their dreams and accept what comes without hesitation. For Chris Mccandless and Henry David Thoreau, however, success was more about finding out who a person really is by life experiences, personality, and attitudes…
