There are many words to define love. Some may say it is warm, happiness, magical, unbearable, and painful. There are also many different types of love that makes people experiments different kinds of feelings. Like unconditional love, it is very uncommon to find couples like this, usually only happens in fairy tales. These couples will love each other under any circumstance, nothing can break them apart. Furthermore, limerence and crushes a more common way of love, but can extend to limerence which is more serious. A crush is a person whom you like, but too shy or an issue that keeps you from confronting them. Limerence is like a crush but much more intense. In addition, platonic love, also known as childhood lovers, are children who had some sort of a long …show more content…
However, most people have felt the connection “love at first sight” when it’s their first crush. Later on, spending some time with them you realize, this person is not going to be your crush anymore. This may happen, if they might not feel the same way or you think he/she is definitely not boyfriend/girlfriend material. Many people have a hard time finding a compatible spouse, that’s when many start to doubt themselves and pretending to be someone they're not. It's exhausting being someone you’re not, therefore, you should be yourself. Thus, I don’t think you need to change yourself for the one you love because if they really do love you, they will accept and love you just the way you are. Love, gives people the strength to lift themselves up and go through life with purpose. They help you through the hard time, like when you are lonely, sad, depress, they are the sunshine to your world. They help you discover a side, you never knew you have, they are the reason why you care. Is love a blessing or a curse? You thought your love with him/her was going to last forever, but it didn’t.
