The importance of defining objectives, scope and success criteria is that it guides decision making, enhances rationality in decision making processes, and enhance the effectiveness and of decision making process. Success criteria guides ensure that the objectives are met in the final decisions made. It is very improtant to define objectives for all staff in a nursery, as we can later check if we are meeting all set criteria. It also helps to determine if we have to improve any area in the business.
Analysing the impact of decision making ensures that the best course of action is taken to meet the set objectives. It also enables decision makers to identify potential risks in decision making, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to
