Rituals enact through celebration, sharing, obedience, submission, purification and movement bridging belief and practice.
I agree with that statement as many rituals involve a form of celebration, for example baptism; celebrating the purification of sins and the submission of one’s life to God and obedience as your vowing your complete compliance to God and opening yourself for the holy spirit. It is a sacred belief that has been practiced by many people and cultures.

6. White Garment – The child/teen/adult wears a white garment which is considered a symbol of purity and faith. It also is a mimic of the white clothing Jesus was dressed in when he placed in his tomb.
It is extremely clear that bible states who should be baptized; one must be old enough to understand God and accept the responsibility fully trust and believe in him as well as repent all sins that are committed.

However despite having clear knowledge of who should and shouldn’t be baptised, nowhere in the bible states who should be the one to perform a baptism. There a couple of places within the bible that imply some Christians performed baptisms but it doesn’t clearly state who the right people are to do so. Generally nowadays a priest performs a baptism and in some cases at church a Christian Youth leader, but we have been left to create our own rules and say that the only people fit to perform such a sacred and important ritual are
