If you're handy with a sewing machine, there are lots of ways you can recycle what you already have to make beautiful and inexpensive home decorating items. I rarely buy ready-made bedding, window treatments or decorative pillows, cushions or couch covers. I have done some fun decorating and created a decorator touch by recycling or adding to home décor items I already have. In one project I redid our spare guest bedroom.
