When looking at the world we live in today, the decline of America has become clearly evident in our society. By looking at the loss of influence and the weak foundation of America’s economy the results is into downward spiral resulting in a decline. Initially, America was a Unipolar Country, meaning (a single country in charge) and as a result of recent events the power they once had is diminishing rapidly. In this paper, I will argue that the rapid decline of the American economy is evidence of America’s growing loss of world dominance. It is evident that certain historical events, such as the Great Depression, have played a major role in the decline of America. One of the ways to illustrate the decline in America is the emergence of new power countries like China. China’s rise to power has become apparent in the world. China has taken advantage of the America financial crisis. Events such as the Iraq and Afghanistan wars which were financed by borrowing money from other countries, added to their impeding debt.
