I had climbed the cliff numerous times before, but my dad went over this speech everytime we went there, to insure that the concept was engraved in our brains. The cliff was about 30 ft. high, so it was pretty easy to climb. Since I had done this before, I reached the top in about 2 minutes. When I reached the top for the fourth time, my cousin and I were right next to each other, when we saw another cliff, which was about the same height, but it was on the other side of the cliff that we initially climbed. I did not think much of this, but later it would almost cost me my life. I started to climb the cliff, and it seemed very similar to the other cliff that we climbed numerous times before. When I reached the halfway point, I got stuck at this spot where I could only go up, because coming down is a really hard process compared to going up. Where I was stationed, upon closer inspection of the mysterious green substance, I could see that it was moss, that was full of moisture. Moisture is the greatest enemy of climbers, because it is hard to keep hold of the rocks, when there is water on top of them. I started to climb a bit higher, because I could not go down. It is at this time, that my hand slipped off of the moss, and I started to tumble down from about 17 ft. high. The feeling of falling down is a feeling that no one can imagine unless you were in that situation, the feeling of helplessness and weakness like never before. My whole life flashed by, in 5 seconds. THUMP! My body slammed into the rocky surface
