Anthel 's POV

I was sitting in my study looking though proposals for the new charity that I was about to start, when Hithreal came in.

"Milady, the king would like a word with you." she said.

"Yes, of course." I said getting up. "Hithreal please put these papers in the files and lock the door on your way out."

"Yes Milady."

I gracefully, yet quickly made my way to the throne room. There a guard greeted me.

"Milady, the King is not here." he said.

Legolas ' POV

I came into my bedroom after having been patrolling the perimeter. I noticed that Anthel 's book was not in the room, so I figured she was still in her study.

I opened the door and went to her study, but the door was locked. I asked one of the guards if she was in there but he said that she had left a while ago. I nodded and asked where I could find Hithreal. She was in the library making sure that she got the books that Anthel had requested to read next.

"Hithreal." I said.

"Milord." She said bowing. "Is there something I could help you with?"

"I am looking for Anthelagwen." I said. "She was not at her study, do you know where I can find her?"

"Well, she was going over the charity work papers, then she said she was going to go talk with the King." Hithreal said.

I nodded and thanked her.

I made my way to Father 's study and found him reading a book.

"Father." I said.

He looked up from his book.

"Ah, Legolas, how can I help you?" he said.

"I am looking for An- my wife." I said.

"Your wife." Thranduil repeated.

"Do you know where I can find
