story that took America by storm, 27-year-old Jodi Arias made headlines nationwide for the murder of her 30-year-old ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. Deciding whether to give her life or the death penalty is heard decision to make but here are the facts:
• Child hood abuse
• Personality Disorder
• No Prior
• She stabbed him 27 times
• Shot him in the head & slit his throat
• Drove one thousand miles
• Left him for dead
• Changed her story At least three times
1. She didn’t do anything and she has nothing to do with Travis’s murder.
2. Two people broke into Travis’s house, killed him and let her go.
3. Travis was abusive and she was protection herself Taking all these facts into consideration, just from these facts alone I would definably give her the death penalty, as a juror I have had a chance to see all the evidences and the images

As Christian I was taught to turn the other chick, be kind, forgive and most importantly “do not judge, or you too will be judged” Mathew 7:1
But as a taxpayer and the way the economy is heading I believe giving her and anyone like her (who are not only charged, but also admits to being quilt) the death penalty. This would be more beneficial to the economy (except Jodi and her family), we spend thousands and thousands of dollars to not only find but to also incarcerate those who are found guilty of committing a crime.
As a juror I want to make sure justice is severed and those who are quality serve their sentence. I believe Jodi is quality, she admitted to the crime, she drove one hundred miles (that to me shows that she had time in the car to think), the alexander family want her dead, and the prison systems budget would decrease with less

The legal justice system needs to do a better job in finding out the truth about someone’s mental state before making a ruling to sentence someone to death. Apparently, Wanda Jean had a mental disability that was not brought to the attention of the jury. If someone has a mental illness, they should get help and be treated for the illness not put to death. If someone would have realize that Wanda Jean had a mental illness when she shot the first victim, then Leathers may still be alive today. The death penalty is an extremely harsh sentence and before someone is put to death, the justice system should make sure that it is the right decision to make.…

Patrick Kennedy was charged with the rape of his eight-year old stepdaughter, L.H., and was originally sentenced to be executed. However, he appealed the ruling and the supreme court reversed the ruling based on the fact that the death penalty is too severe for even a crime as morally wrong as child rape. When presented with a difficult and heartbreaking case, it may be hard for one to reach a verdict. To decide whether one is innocent or not, one must evaluate all given evidence and testimonies. After evaluating all the evidence given, I have come to the conclusion that I have formed no reasonable doubt towards this case, therefore my conviction is that Maria Santiago was guilty her the charge of Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child.…

We ask each of you to take the arguments made here and the valid points that are enacted into serious consideration, for which we are making the decisions that will impact a multitude of people within this country. A product of the slums who deliberately murdered his own father out of pure rage by manipulating a switchblade knife, walk free to his undeserving…
