Cardiovascular disease, Cancer, Obesity and Diabetes are the leading causes of death in America today. Some of you or family members may be suffering from one or more of these diseases or illnesses and medication is being used to treat it. Now I am also sure that all of you would like to be healthier and lead a more energetic life without having to worry about chest pains, having to take an insulin shot every day, losing your breathe after climbing stairs or going through chemo. Well today, I am going to introduce you to a new way of life that will help you rid yourself of all of these issues.
