The RN to BSN course I have chosen as my curriculum proposal is “Death, Dying and Bereavement”. This class will be a 3 credit class, and will be offered in the first semester of a 4 semester program. To complete the BSN program a RN will need to obtain a total of 60 credits. This course is opened to diploma and ADN nurses who already have a RN license. This course will investigate the death, dying and bereavement process as it applies to a persons’ lifespan. This course will focus on death, dying and bereavement in many different cultures. The learning activities for this class will be didactic instruction, textbook, supplemental readings, lectures with responses , discussions, writing times, quizzes
