Decent Essays
Dear Dean Bushnell, Vietnam has designated November 20th is the date to show GRATITUDE to teachers. For thousands of years, Vietnam has teaching to rank Teachers above parents; that’s why Vietnamese parents wholeheartedly emphasize education above everything. As I always contemplated, education liberated us from stupidity, oppression, and poverty.

The Teachers’ Day coincided with Thanksgiving. Words cannot convey my deepest gratitude to you. At the end of my life long pursuance for advanced education, you are the very beacon shining my life with not only courageous support and generous consideration-above all, you showered me with LOVE.

This year, Thanksgiving brings me tremendous of joy and happiness. Only a short year with MSL and Birmingham, but I have fell in love with this humble institution and the beautiful Magic City.
