I had initially found out through my sister that mom had had an affair with another man about 14 years ago and this was 8 years into my parent’s marriage. After knowing all of this it made me more blame my mother’s actions for the divorce, because it was bound to happen again. The outcome of this conflict was my sister and I have been greatly affected by our parent’s divorce in ways some people may not see. After about a year of my dad living with my aunt, the divorce had been final, and he was able to move back into his house. My mom and the smaller dog moved into town, she had bought a house close to the other guy’s house she was talking to. Other outcomes which came from this conflict was lots of people’s relationships, which were once there are now gone, and will never blossom again. I feel whenever I am with my mom’s side of the family I cannot say anything about my dad, like now he has found himself a girlfriend and her family. Before this all happened my family had always kept little secrets from one another, but now there are even more and it is driving my fiancé and I crazy. Thinking about it now I feel it was the best solution, because my mom and dad are both happy even though they are not together anymore. The only other outcome I can see what could of came from this conflict was for my parents to get back together after taking a break from each other. Truly I believe it would have been worse of an outcome because still someone in the relationship would not have been in love or been happy with the outcome and there would always been some sort of tension between them. Dividing up my parent’s assets was one of the major obstacles which needed to happen before anything could happen. There was also the obstacle of waiting on emails between the two lawyers, which was very time
