There are continuous calls and they are usually very simple.
There are clients who does not know where is the information in user manual
There are clients who forgot their password
There are clients who operates night shift and they need to have access at night
Number of incoming calls are 150-180 per day among 6 x account managers
Number of outgoing calls made by account managers are 10-12 per day average
Number of outgoing calls made to remind bill payment 50-60 per week average
There are no records of client’s problem.

In purely economic terms, it is one way of considering profits in relation to invested.
ROI defines as the ratio of profit and total investment and the result obtained in percentage.

ROI= profit/total investment * 100%

Return on Investment can be seen after one year of implementation. There some direct and more indirect advantages. Like the application cost is very less. The most important is easy to maintain a single site. The return on asset of the implemented system can be measured from its possible benefits.
Customer uses self-services like USSD every time and every second
Customer require less support from live agents
Bad debts are chased habitually
You do not need to look after many sites.
The mobile phone is the open website which will invite customers it will decries huge amount of call problem from the company.
There will be less repetitive tasks that will help us to save working
