It might be that you're suffering from anxiety problems when you awaken one day and you begin to realize that panic has taken over your life. Oftentimes individuals believe that these feelings of anxiety are normal, and they don't realize it might be indicative of a problem. It only comes to their attention when the problem gets truly out of control. If you feel like you have a struggle going on inside of you, it may be time to face it and learn to cope with it. You need to first accept that you have a problem. This is the very first step that has to be undertaken in any psychological disorder. In order to stop feeling anxious you must get help, which means you will need to acknowledge your problem.
