My educational goals has changed greatly over the years. However, one goal has remained constant and that is to become a Deaf Education teacher. Why, growing up in the deep south and working with children for over five years. I have seen many students fall through the system because no one wanted to fight for them. A reality that I want to change because children are the future and they deserve the best we have to offer and not yesterday's garbage. Meaning they are entitled to quality education that will prepare for the world and not a second rate education.
