Continuation of Contents of the Dead Man’s Pocket

After Tom lost the paper again to the wind, he went to find his wife before the movie started. When Tom found his wife a huge smile was on his face. His wife was confused on why he was not at home finishing his presentation. While Tom was explaining, his wife had a grin on her face the whole time. In her mind she did not really care what the reason was. All she cared about was that her husband was by her side.

After while they went to go see the movie. The movie was over and when Tom and his wife came out, they ran into Tom’s boss Mr.Smith and his wife. A conversation started and Mr. Smith brought up that they need an idea that would make the company run better. Tom thought about his

The company started to pop up in different locations. Across the country they were growing very rapidly. Money came in from all over and the paycheck increased by seventy percent. The other thirty percent went towards charities so they can keep their good name.

After a while Tom came up with new products they can sell. Other stores sell different products, so he thought if they increase the items they sell plus the items people would pay anything for, more money would come in. Tom told his boss about the thought, but Mr. Smith was a bit sketchy about it. After seeing Mr. Smith’s reaction, Tom figured that he shouldn’t have said anything. Since Tom had a good idea that made the company millions of dollars the first time, Mr. Smith figured that the next one would be a million dollar idea to.

Mr. Smith brought Tom’s idea up to his boss. It took a while for Mr. Smith’s boss to think about it. He did not really think it would be a good idea, but he also wanted to bring in some more money. So Mr. Smith’s boss did an experiment to see if the customers would by the new item they sold. He ordered one shipment and stocked them the next day. That day they sold out of the product and people demanded more. Tom thought it was
