Religion constantly developed and changed due to trade between the two civilizations of Rome and China. Religion and its ideology influenced both Rome and China in many similar, yet different ways. Religion influenced the emperors/kings actions and their empires customs. Religious ideology determined the social hierarchy that the civilizations had.
