Advantages
A workplace daycare is very beneficial to the employees who have children. Finding a daycare for your child you can trust can be difficult, but having a daycare in your work place can make it easier on the parent and the child. It allows them to be able to check in on their kids and they can spend time with them throughout the day. One of the main disadvantage is the cost. When you run a daycare you have to think about all the materials you will need to take care of the children including the furniture, toys, and insurance. Companies with daycare centers must provide a dedicated space that meets state space, health and safety requirements, and they will also need hire staff to manage the center and provide care. You will also have to think about how many employees or going to use the daycare. If too few employees use the daycare it could end up costing a ton of money.
