Day care matters to people’s lives
This research project is a case study designed to introduce a daycare center at Damelin Mowray Campus.As the manager of Damelin Mowbray I did a research study on what affects the students effectiveness or results academically and discovered that students brings their personal life into the classrooms or on campus. Study has showed that 85% of the students at Damelin in Mowbray is currently having problems with day care for their kids.This impacts their studies and their performance academically.As a parent you want to ensure that your child is taken care of whether they in your presence or not.In order for a parent to have that peace of mind having a daycare on campus would be ideal for the students. Having the child around gives them easy access incase something goes wrong and the parents can focus in class to the best of their ability without having to stress or worry about the child or to leave campus early to collect the child at a day nanny.As a majority students have kids there is a need for the daycare centre at Damelin Mowbray.Sixty percent of students …show more content…
This causes interuptions whereby some has to leave campus earlier to collect their kids which means they miss out on parts of the lectures.If Damelin Mowbray implements the day care centre the students will do better academically because they will have a place to drop their kids while they are attending classes.Students will also be able to work more diligently on their group work in class without any added stress.If Damelin Mowbray offers the facility of day care to the students they will also feel as if they are valuable in some way and that the Institution does support their future and in result this will also be a good marketing strategy for Damelin because when people hear about the daycare
