I would recommend not giving Client B a biomedical treatment because the only therapy that is highly effective for SAD is light exposure therapy. Another highly effective treatment would be giving the prescribed medication of antidepressants to help against his major depressive disorder. As well as I think the more beneficial psychotherapy that would help my client would be behavioral/humanistic psychotherapy, because I believe my client is having a harder time expressing his feelings and/or emotions. Serving in the Army has made me a horrible sleeper, after years of deployments and countless of hours and medevac duty where you have to be at the ready in case of a mission.
