The world is now full of tribulations. Globalization is growing and people felt around the country. The competition for comfortable living among the community began to rise; causing social structure is disrupted role of the family institution. Even help other institutions also needed to help a family or many people in this country to fulfill the dream life more comfortable. Another issue is the institutional daycare centers where children are present average working couple to send their children while they work on a daily basis. This has become a common phenomenon among working couples. However, the above factors are not the main cause of the phenomenon of sending their children to day care centers.     Observation: The YMCA daycare program is very different from Hope. I went back and forth between the two classrooms with children from ages 2 to 4 and I even spent a bit of time in the infant room. I learned more about the different temperaments of the children and how to address them.
