Some people make the most in life, and then there's some people who fail to realize life's not always on your side. But the people that do know that life's not perfect but do something about it, make the most of it. There are only 2 basic ways of climbing mt. everest, one way, is the expedition style and the others Alpine style climbing.
Imagine you're finally at the top of Everest, Discovery Channel is broadcasting you over 500 countries while you put your skis on, you brace yourself and look down one last time before you make that perilous starting jump to descend Everest on skis.
Davo Karnicar was only 38 when he first made this perilous descend back down Everest with skis on. Davo Karnicar took a 4 day journey to summit the 29,035 feet of mount Everest. Marco Siffredi sent out with a group of sherpas to summit Everest so he could be the first to snowboard down it.It was September 8th when he finally reached the summit, after an hour of rest the sherpas urged him not to go becasue of bad weater conditions, but he ignored there pleas and procceded to descend down Everest. After waiting 2 days for his arrival back down people feared he might have got stranded, but after 2 weeks they knew for sure he was dead, they never found his body. Sometime people are to risky to the point that they put their own lives at risk, Marco Siffredi was warned by the sherpas not go but because he took the risk and ignored them it cost him his life.
