In the summer twenty sixteen, I worked at David’s Bridal as a customer service representative. Accordantly, as a customer service representative I made appointments for brides and bridesmaids, registered brides and special occasion costumers, and assign people to a stylist. Though my job I learned improvisation. For instance, I had to make time adjustments with people’s appointments due to their inconveniences. Also, I had to answer the phone when my co-workers at the cash register were busy assisting other customers. Usually when that happens, I will have to multitask between talking on the phone, making appointments, and finding a stylist for brides, bridesmaids, or special occasion customers.
