A strategic change is vital as it ensures that the material offered by this organization is taken to where it is of utmost need so it can be appreciated and optimized. Threats to DOF
• Security Problem. With the current security issue in the country, the foundation may face the uninterested/cautious’ applicants who worry about being affected.
• Dishonest applicants and staffs
• Lack of time and commitment of volunteers
• Fraud/Impersonation \of the foundation on social media
• Lack of interest at the community level
The strategic planning process is the “deliberative, disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organization (or other entity) is (its identity), what it does (its strategies” (Bryson, 2014).
