(2015) Lutz and the church needed to put the right leaders in the right places and develop new ministry norms. In the next few years Lutz slowly began to eliminate team members that didn't reflect the vision he sensed God had given him. Painfully he admits, he removed the wrong people and slowly sought the right team members.
