My supervisor, David Kubin has been the most helpful to me. He has been very patient and always makes sure that I know what is going on. His help has made me feel at ease despite the fact that I do not know very much. He however, understands that I will not know very much, as does everyone else, and makes the effort to help teach me.
If I do not know exactly what something means or there is something that he thinks might confuse me, he slows down and explains the process of the definition of what he is talking about. At first, I thought this was a little annoying because I did know some information about processes and simple definition. However, I think that it has helped me understand the business of Bellows and the construction industry
