Currently, our leadership team consists of our lead founder, David Hardin. As a Building Excellent Schools Fellow and Educate78 Fellow, David possess a wide range of skills. Specifically, David has experience in managing and coaching teachers to instruct at high levels, building school-wide systems for culture, and turning around low-achieving schools. That said, while our lead founder has conducted a residency in a high performing school, he has not yet extensively worked in and experienced a high performing school. Moreover, while our lead founder is well versed in unit planning, lesson planning, and building school-wide systems his strengths are not centered in curriculum writing.
