A non-custodial interview of David Albert (black, male DOB 1/7/1958 of 4708 apartment A, Republican Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28311 (910) 797-6546) conducted by Detective L. Donegain on Saturday, July 1st, 2017 at approximately 12:59 p.m., sitting outside of apartment 4708 A. The following is a summary of David Albert’s interview.
• I was outside drinking beer this morning and approximately 10 or 10:30 a.m., I saw Robert walking around.
• I was told by another neighbor what happened to Robert.
• I noticed blood was coming from Roberts head area.
• I then started CPR on Robert until the ambulance arrived.
• I didn’t see anyone running from the area.
• I didn’t hear any gunshots at all.
• Robert lives across from me and stays
