Daurys Gomez, a future entrepreneur with a thriving clothing brand. Born in Orange, New Jersey Gomez is coming from a Dominican background. The way you go grow up may affect how you carry yourself through your life. Gomez states, “ Life was pretty easy compared to now to be honest. Growing up it was more like, in a kids perspective, it was really fun because I was around friends and although the area wasn't the best when it comes to safety, we made the best of it.” Safety was a problem growing up, but did not let that influence having fun although over time life got harder than his childhood.

I want to be an entrepreneur.” Taking business may not be easy, however it is all about the passion. He says,” Also just like, fashion in general fashion is something i enjoy doing so why go into a field you don't enjoy doing.” This is true because doing something you do not enjoy may be stressful and regretful in the long run. His influence is Kanye West, due to his hustle. “He is my best inspiration because he came from the underground and used to be in a basement making beats and now he has his own brand, and music.” It is not easy for someone to just take off that way which Gomez admires.
