The Joys Of Human Dating

Improved Essays
Welcome to Earth, in Earth, we do weird things such as date. Dating is a male and female going out together. They go out for a meal. This is a very popular activity among teenagers and young adults. So do you want to go out on a date? Whether or not you are just here to live or to take over the planet from the inside, you will need to know how to do some of these daily actions to gain our trust. (Most of this information is only applicable to the humanoid figure.)

One of the easiest steps to accomplish is one that will confuse many an alien, a smile. Nearly all species on Earth view the bearing of teeth as a show of aggression or a threat. We as humans sometimes do this as well, but it is mostly kept for a sign of greeting or friendship.

Hugs are not given as much as smiles or handshakes are, but still play a vital part with the date or close person (human) that wishes for one. This process could be most compared to the hand-shake, but contains the whole body. If a person wraps their arms around you, return likewise. Keeps your hands on their back, unless this a family member, then it 's perfectly fine to wrap your arms around them. The trick to a hug is to remain loose, if your muscles are firm, then this gives the impression that the hug is not wanted and the other person will likely feel unwanted or awkward. (Unless you meet a stranger that hugs everyone, then do as you wish.) As a reminder: No eating of humans is allowed on Earth. Firm hugs are allowed if the other person is well known to you or if they feel dismal. A light hug is used for friends in another form of greeting. Hugs should last until the other person starts to shift uncomfortably. So when you’re dropping off your date, please consider one of the actions described here. Depending on how the date went a handshake or a hug would be acceptable in this instance. If you are planning on conquering the planet (or whatever else), the next morning you should text her saying that you had fun and can’t wait to see her again. If she responds, then you should keep texting her and hold the conversation. If she doesn’t, don’t worry, she may be sleeping. It is rude to wake a sleeping person. I hope these steps have helped with your integration with humanity and to be the perfect gentleman and you may hopefully have a second date. Good

Threads of the historicization perpetuated by Lawlor and Suzuki are further emphasized by Carolyn Day, in her book Consumptive Chic: A History of Beauty, Fashion, and Disease. The historical narrative presented by Day is similar to Lawlor and Suzuki in regards to her attention to the social and cultural framing of Consumption during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. In her cultural framing of Consumption as a Romantic disease, Day agrees with Lawlor and Suzuki, in suggesting that a peak in the epidemic cycles of Consumption and the development of the cult of delicacy and sensibility contributed to the conception of Consumption during this period, as it forced society to integrate the pervasive disease into the Romantic ideological framework…

History is an amazing thing, for those who are alive to experience it, or at least watch it on the news. You get to tell your grandchildren about it and they will probably feign interest as they run off to play with their new electronic entertainment 7000 device. I will always remember where I was when a piece of american history took place, little more than a decade ago, my parents took me Disney World, a place where nothing ever goes wrong and everyone is always happy. The first couple days we were there, were mostly my parents trying to keep up with two toddlers desperately trying to make it to the next nap time. After two days of this, on a sunday morning, my baby brother and I, who isn’t much of a baby anymore at 6’3”, were…
