Due to the opened mindedness of society/ government theses two categories have unconsciously banned women form speaking out against this crime. For those women whom are courageous enough to speak out, sadly the persecution of rapist are slim to none. Which sheds a light at the end of the tunnel for other criminals. Sadly, once this crime is committed there aren’t any test that can be done to justify especially if the victims has had more than one consensual partner. It is basically his word against her and vise versus. If the man feels as though he was led on to have sex with the woman then, soon realizes he was wrong.
