Dasiny is a 32yo, G4 P0303, who is currently 7 weeks 4 days as dated by LMP. She has 3 prior preterm deliveries that were 2 years ago between 2003 and 2007. The 1st was delivered for IUGR via cesarean delivery. The 2nd was induced for low fluid at 34 weeks via cesarean delivery. The 3rd she reports that she actually went into PTL around 36 weeks and that infant did not have a NICU stay and she did take some injections at the end of that pregnancy but she is uncertain if it was blood thinners or insulin. We will need to obtain records to confirm this. She was diagnosed with HTN about 4 months after her last pregnancy and she has been on medication. Currently coming into pregnancy, she is on HCTZ and atenolol. She also takes simvastatin for

    Friday June 2012, at Hinton Crime Lab Institute of Boston, Massachusetts Annie Dookhan was convicted for tampering with evidence and lying under oath about her chemistry degree. Dookhan’s co-workers described her as “superwoman” because of how fast she tested evidence, specifically drugs. It was stated that other lab technicians usually tested about 150 drug samples a month, meanwhile Dookhan was testing up to 500. Dookhans supervisor commented that he never saw Dookhan in front of a microscope, all of this raising high suspicion.
