Justice stated that: "Her mother (Brandi's) boyfriend (Darrel) got in the bed with her. Darrel pulled down her pants. Darrell started playing with her private part (vagina). It is unknown if Darrel penetrates inside of Justice. It is unknown when this occurred. This has been going on for a few months. Darrel is a registered sex offender in LA. Brandi knows Darrel is a registered sex offender. Darrel has been living in the home for two and half years. Justice told Brandi andBrandi's mother (Bernice). Brandi did not believe her.
