One scientific process that is involved in the procedure is placing 3 different eggs in 3 different containers which are filled with coffee, coca cola, and sweet tea. Each day for 7 days the eggs will be taken out of the containers to record data. At the end of the experiment we should be able to see the progress that has been made over the week of being in different dark colored beverages.

This topic is relevant to society because many people drink dark colored beverages and this can lead to stained or discolored teeth. The population is trying to keep there smile white but they continue to drink dark colored beverages. One of the main ingredients in sodas are colors.
