I. Dario’s physical appearance As I stepped foot into Virgilios to conduct my interview with Dario, his dress attire caught my attention right away. Dario wore a pressed white long-sleeve shirt with a black long dress pants and black leather low shoes topping it off with a red Virgilios apron. By the way his clothes were well-ironed, creased, and clean showed me that he meant business along with his good posture. Dario was very mature and funny throughout this interview. Dario had huge ears along with a long nose. His body type was skinny in the sides yet fat in his stomach. Despite his age being 50 years old, he has the energy of a healthy teenager. Dario Idaraga’s appearance and working habits show us not to judge a book by its’ cover.

Besides from these issues, he really loves it at Virgilios. “There are many benefits to working here,” he said. Virgilio’s workers are granted free food, tips, and opportunities to meet new people and gain better people skills. Dario then ended this interview stating, “What more can I

I hear country music playing in the background, and feel peanuts crumbling under my feet like leaves on a beautiful autumn day. Without looking at the menu, my mind is already preparing my stomach for the flavorful food that I am about to encounter. Texas Roadhouse gives the Newark population somewhere local to get a great steak while getting a significate value. From personal experience most of the other steakhouses will get very pricey for a family of five making it difficult to dine at their restaurant while living on a tight budget.…
