With the built in guided work and instruction feature this will provide your workforce with intuitive augmented instructions on the job, so they'll understand process quickly and spend less time on each step and make less errors, so if a problem is encountered one would simply need to wait for the helmet to pick up the problem so it can come up with the necessary solution.
3. The data visualization feature will give the workers distributed information on what they are doing and suctioned awareness outside of the control room, thus, this will improve by reducing the amount of movement to and fro and the need for centralized location on sites. So basically the distribution of information will no longer be a problem.
4. The helmet also minimized safety risk as it also performs the regular function of a normal helmet such as protecting the head and eyes. It would also improve the time spent on site, due to thermal vision presented in the helmet worker will be able to work in the nights, which will improve the time it would time to building or construct their infrastructure, as they don't need to wait until there is light out to start building.
Description of technology
There is a lot of new technology to help fix or correct these problems however, the daqri smart helmet is recommended above the rest. The daqri smart helmet, is seen as a traditional hard helmet used throughout the construction industry, however this is not so, this “hard helmet” was created specifically for workers in the industrial setting ,such as construction sites and plants sites, with the intention of increasing productivity and safety among their workers.
The daqri helmet is a white wearable human machine interface (wearable biometric sensors and software) with a clear plastic panel that appears to be blue not just to protect the eyes but also to be used as a screen that can be projected on. It also has a custom built operating system of its own. It supports:
