INT. SUDERLAND HIGH SCHOOL - HALLWAY - VARIOUS - morning
Dante and Anna sprint like hell down the winding passages of the narrow, dark hallway.
The masses of Skin-Walkers breathe down their necks, slowly gaining ground as more of them spill out of doorways, joining the stampede.
Dante peeks over his shoulder. The fierce horde getting closer. He withdraws his gun. Blindly, fires rounds over his shoulder.
A Skin-Walker leading the pack gets hit. It crumbles, a massive pile up of bodies. Slowing them down a bit.
Anna and Dante round a corner. There's a door.
DANTE
Hurry, hurry!
Anna and Dante rush down the corridor as fast as they can.

ANNA (CONT'D)
How do you know so much about those things?
Dante swallows hard. He avoids eye contact.
DANTE
I used to know someone. Someone close to me that became one of those things....
ANNA
I'm- I'm sorry...
Anna places a caring hand on Dante's shoulder. The wind picks up, Dante gazes at the horizon. He gets to his feet.
DANTE
We should get going. Don't want to be here when the rest of them come looking.
Anna staggers to her feet. Takes her place next to Dante.
ANNA
Still heading for town?
Dante shakes his head.
DANTE
There's been a change of plans...
EXT. ROAD - MORNING
Insects crackle and drone as they scrurry across a cracked paved road strewn with car carcassas and debris from the world long dead. Dante and Anna amble along at a steady pace, no real hurry at all.
ANNA (O.C.)
Ever since I was a little girl. The Facility would tell us stories- Stories about this magical place...
