Edmund Dantes was a sailor and about to be promoted as a captain of a ship, and he’s also about to be married with his fiancé Mercedes. The two men; Danglers and Fernand Mondego were got jealous for what Dantes achieved in his life. So, the two men had their conspiracy and falsely accused Dantes for treason.

Dantes was imprisoned in Chatteau d’ If for 14 years of suffering. He almost gave up because of hardship he’s gone through. But when he met Abbe faria, a prisoner and an old priest, helped him to be educated in all aspects of life. Also, Faria told the treasure on the island of Monte Cristo that turns Dantes became a wealthy man. Dantes disguised as Monte Cristo, he planned to take his revenge to those people who betrayed him.
