Q1)I agree with the statement that Danny Meyer, has stated regarding company growth. I believe that it is important to stay true to the soul of what made the company the way it is. Because I believe that once you stray too far from the actual soul of the company the growth of it will be substantially affected.
But as easy as this might seem, it is actually quite difficult to maintain this style of thinking. To start off, the infectious Attitude are positive attitudes that you would like to have spread around your company. The people who do have this infectious attitude as managers can create a positive attitude within the organization. Next is self-awareness and as Meyers put it as why do you want to work for him. As such, he wants to also understand your story from your resume as he considers the resume to be a career story. Next is charitable assumption, this assumption is what Meyer expect from their mangers in USHG. What charitable assumption means that mangers expect the best out of people and as such, when mistakes occur they did not come out on purpose. Next is long-term view of success, which as Meyer describes it as putting employees first, guest second, community third, suppliers fourth, and investors fifth.
